To install the plastic roll properly, I had to remove the opening at the bottom, which took a while because it was quite hard to pry open. That part of this scoop was very poor in design, but otherwise, it seems very useful. One roll of plastic bags was included. You may need to stock up on the plastic rolls, or perhaps find a better alternative.
